Under the ‘Make in India’ program different companies and PSU want to be market competitive. To do that they require appropriate organization structure which may secure trust of partner organization and effectively absorb the technology. The new organization (i.e. JV) will also provide for better revenue model. To execute JV, one needs understanding of compliance and nuances of incorporating a company. This course will prepare the candidate to that end.
Corporate Laws & Governance is the area of specialization of Indrajit Dube. With a career spanning for more than a decade and half, Indrajit Dube has had diversified experiences as a practitioner, legal executive and academician. He is at present Associate Professor at Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Before joining the present Institute, he served as an academic in National Law University Jodhpur. He has several articles published in National and International Journal and numerous conference papers to his credit. He has authored four books. He has to his credit about 20 research projects funded by World Bank, Competition Commission of India, Different Ministries of Government of India and international agencies. He was also a consultant and head of the team of the MCA project on Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He has organized several National & International conferences. He has been invited to participate in multi-stakeholder expert consultation in Toronto being organized in support of the mandate of the United Nations on Business and Human Rights. He was also invited as visiting faculty at University of Western Ontario and University of British Columbia. He is also an invited speaker at different Business Forums, National and International Universities.
